A mom of three darling gals, wife to my best friend, and a full-spectrum doula. My journey into birth work began in 2020, after surviving a traumatic birth of my own. In that moment, I realized families deserve better-and I chose to become the support I had needed.

I specialize in meeting families where they are. Sometimes that means navigating the complexities of a high-risk hospital birth, and other times embracing the calm of a low-intervention home birth.

At the heart of my work is the belief that every family deserves to feel educated, empowered, and supported as an active participant in their own story. Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating postpartum, or seeking guidance in early parenthood, I’m here to walk beside you with personalized care rooted in respect, love, and cultural awareness.

When I’m not serving families, you’ll find me enjoying life with my family, dogs, and chickens.
